What You’ll Do

  • Review and assign patient referrals to the appropriate clinical team members.
  • Provide clinical leadership, mentoring, and support to ensure exceptional patient care.
  • Review patient diagnoses, medications, treatment plans, and overall clinical progress.
  • Assist clinicians with care planning, goal setting, and clinical decision-making.
  • Conduct quarterly clinical record reviews and provide recommendations for quality improvement.
  • Support compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
  • Assist with developing, implementing, and evaluating clinical policies, procedures, and strategic initiatives.
  • Partner with leadership to drive quality outcomes and operational excellence.


Qualifications

  • Current professional clinical license in the state of Tennessee.
  • Graduate of an accredited healthcare program (BSN, DPT, MOT, or MSLP preferred).
  • Minimum of two years of healthcare leadership or supervisory experience (Home Health preferred).
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance.
